LAST CHANCE FOR FREEDOM.

PR204
16 September 2005

Homebuyers will have a last chance to Crosby Homes' aptly named Freedom service, designed to give homebuyers greater freedom to move - whenever and wherever they choose - has proved extremely popular at the company's Carberry Court development in Cheadle Hulme. And, with just one property still available for sale on this exclusive development, homebuyers now have a last chance to enjoy that Freedom for themselves !

By removing many of the traditional stresses associated with the moving process, and providing assistance with stamp duty, legal fees and removal costs, Crosby Homes has helped record numbers of homebuyers to secure the home of their dreams at Carberry Court. The key to its popular success, according to Sales & Marketing Director Caroline Saville, lies in the fact that the service is tailored in each instance to suit an individual purchaser's requirements.

For example, for those with an existing property to sell, there is a user-friendly part-exchange option, which provides customers with a single point of contact to manage both the sale of their old home and the purchase of their new property. The service also provides homebuyers with the option of a guaranteed moving date to assist with scheduling and rule out the unforeseen delays which are often the source of aggravation and stress.

"We originally developed the concept in direct response to research carried out among visitors to our Carberry Court development in Cheadle Hulme," explains Caroline. "Its convenient location on Albert Road, stunning Victorian architecture and the fact that it backs onto Oak Meadow Park meant that this development generated a great deal of interest from the moment the 'site acquired' boards went up. We wanted to capitalise on this and provide buyers with a guaranteed hassle-free moving experience as well as a fabulous new home. That Freedom has proved a popular choice with all those who have bought and we will definitely look to build on it as part of our customer service ethos."

Each of the properties created at Carberry Court features larger than average living space imaginatively planned to provide versatile accommodation over three floors. Built in traditional materials, including reclaimed brick, slate, York stone and hardwoods, all are exquisitely finished to the superior standard and specification synonymous with the Crosby brand. The development itself is small and exclusive, comprising just 2 semi-detached villas and five elegant 3-storey townhouses set back in a private courtyard.

Currently available exclusively at Carberry Court, the Freedom service is expected to roll out across Crosby Homes' portfolio of residential developments by the end of the year.
