REDUCE YOUR TAX BILL AND HELP NORTHWEST SMALL BUSINESSES
Potential investors are set to receive an expert insight into the generous tax benefits offered by the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), at the TEChINVEST Investors Club meeting at the Park Royal Hotel, Stretton, Warrington, on Tuesday, 6 December 2005.
TEChINVEST's bi-monthly meeting will see Ian Bingham from PKF, one of the UK's leading firms of accountants and business advisers, deliver a keynote presentation on tax benefits for private investors, including how EIS can provide business angels with significant tax relief at the time of investment, capital gains relief and loss relief.
"Ian is one of the Northwest's leading advisors on tax incentives for private investors and their investee companies, so we are delighted that he is presenting at our next meeting," says Vivienne Upcott-Gill, Founder of TEChINVEST.
"As well as benefiting from Ian's extensive experience in this area, investors can meet face-to-face with local entrepreneurs who are looking for seed and expansion capital. There is also the opportunity to meet other business angels, seed and investment fund managers, and the TEChINVEST team in an informal and convivial atmosphere.
"Places are limited so anyone who would like to register as a day member for the December meeting, should do so by 30th November."
