In line with the continued growth of the Manchester property market, Beachcroft Wansbroughs, Manchester's fastest growing law firm, is appointing a new commercial property partner, Adrian Wallbank.
Adrian first started practising law in 1994 and joins the firm from DLA Piper, where he was a senior associate. As part of Beachcroft Wansbroughs' national commercial property team, he will be actively involved in customer relationship management for major landlord clients, delivering a quality, consistent service.
Adrian's appointment is further indication of Beachcroft Wansbroughs' determination to build a national team of specialists and expand its service offering to property owners, investors, managers and developers. Adrian's experience has seen him act on behalf of major clients including Pets at Home, Centrica, the Ikea Pension Fund, Mapeley and British Land.
"I'm sure that Adrian's vast knowledge and experience, along with his approachability and professional reputation will prove to be a huge asset to the Manchester office and Beachcroft Wansbroughs as a whole," comments Iain Moore, regional senior partner, Beachcroft Wansbroughs, Manchester. "This appointment underlines our serious commitment to growth across the Northwest and will help us to continue to offer a market-leading proposition and high levels of service to our property clients."
Adrian is already looking forward to the challenge: "Beachcroft Wansbroughs is growing fast, so it's an exciting time to join the team. The existing property partners are already well known in and around Manchester and our mission is to become a centre of excellence for commercial clients across the Northwest."
