Off plan property investment specialist Urban Logic has extended its core team with the recruitment of Craig France as business development manager and Altaf Ishaq as database co-ordinator.
Craig has over eight years' property experience and knowledge, having worked predominantly in the north of England for independent estate agents across the residential sector. Craig's responsibilities will include developing new and existing relationships with both national and independent housebuilders, managing a large base of high net worth clients and resellers and advising first-time investors.
With approximately nine years' sales experience, Altaf has worked for high profile property developers and financial services providers, positioning him as the prime candidate to take on the role of database co-ordinator for Urban Logic.
Both appointments reflect the rapid growth the company has experienced over the last 12 months and will assist the team in managing both new business and a rapidly expanding database.
Chief Executive of Urban Logic, Shazan Qureshi comments: "This year has been one in which we've consolidated our relationships with national housebuilders and other professional partners, grown our customer base and taken to the road with a series of workshops to demonstrate our transparent style.
"In light of national media criticism of city centre property investment, we have proven our ability to source the right developments, concentrating on smaller satellite town locations which allow a better return on investment. Our clients have been impressed by our due diligence and we continue to grow despite any lull in the market. We look forward now to an equally successful 2006!"
Urban Logic finalised its 500th sale last month, sailing past its forecast mid-year target of 300. It has recently announced flotation plans for 2006 and the company is on track to treble profitability to £740,000 during its current financial year. Earlier this year, the directors sold 15 per cent of Urban Logic to AIM-listed property expert Nadlan plc, valuing the company at £3.5m. The company was also short listed for a number of prestigious awards.
In the New Year, the team will move to Parsonage Chambers, a central Manchester City location with over 4,000 square feet of floor space to accommodate the rapidly expanding team.
