As part of its ongoing expansion plan, MPSL Planning & Design will be moving to bigger offices in Trafford Park, Manchester later this month. The move reflects the company's rapid growth and will allow staff to enjoy almost double the floor space, with approximately 2,700 square foot of room available.
Since launching five years ago, the company - which supports the construction industry across all sectors including residential, commercial and public sector contracts - has forged strong relations with a majority of national housebuilders and main contractors. It has established itself as the first port of call for those who require strong planning support and who wish to work with a team who understand the complete process from working drawings to full architectural services.
David Golden, managing director of MPSL Planning & Design, is enthusiastic about the changes heralded by the move: "Our main aim has always been to understand the needs of our clients and to cater our services to those requirements, acting as an extension to their teams as well as in the capacity of consultants. The evolution process for 2006 will include reviewing our current service offering to add value to our architectural and planning support services."
Since the company was established, it has quadrupled in size with a dedicated team of registered RIBA architect-led designers, planners and consultants. With greater office space, the team is looking forward to the benefits of better conference facilities and an abundance of parking.
MPSL Planning & Design offers master planning, urban design, architectural services, technical services and landscaping. Clients include Gleeson Homes, David McLean Homes, Arley Homes and Peel Holdings.
