BEACHCROFT ADVISES ON £25 MILLION ACQUISITION OF ROSEBYS
Partners Ian Roberts and Stephen Birchall, plus associate Stephen Hadlow from Beachcroft's Manchester office have acted for India-based GHCL, on the £25 million acquisition of Rosebys, Britain's leading home furnishings retailer.
Completed in just over four weeks, the acquisition means that GHCL is now a fully integrated home textile company with presence across product design and development, sourcing and distribution to retail stores.
Beachcroft's 25-strong corporate team has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, listing and delisting, OFEX/AIM flotations and regulatory issues affecting public and private companies and financial institutions.
