New senior partner for Beachcroft's Manchester office
Commercial law firm, Beachcroft LLP, has appointed a new senior partner
for its Manchester office. Robert Moss, 47, has been at the firm for
over 20 years and specialises in commercial property litigation. He has
been a partner since 1990.

As regional senior partner, Robert will be responsible for leading and
growing the Manchester team, which currently includes 18 partners and
185 staff. He will also play a key role in managing local CSR
initiatives as well as providing general support for all of the office's

He takes over the role from Iain Moore who has decided to step down
after 10 years. Iain will continue his work as a specialist partner in
injury risk and leading member of the firm's safety, health and
environment team.

"Iain has done a fantastic job and I hope to continue his excellent
work," said Robert. "Nationally, the firm has gone from strength to
strength during Iain's period of office. This success has been mirrored
in the Manchester office where we have achieved significant increases in
turnover. The number and quality of our instructions continues to rise

regional, national and international clients.
