Following an election involving the 172 members of staff at Beachcroft's Leeds office, Miller will continue to lead the firm and drive future growth. This is the 11th year he has held the senior role and will remain in post for the next three years.
Employment solicitor, Helen Rowley, and Vicki Hilton in Beachcroft's personal injury team have been promoted to associates reflecting the continued growth of both practice areas in the Leeds office.
"As regional senior partner, I hope to build on our success over the next financial year and continue to position Beachcroft as one of the region's leading commercial law firms," said Miller.
"Helen and Vicki's promotions are a result of both their excellent technical ability and commitment to developing their areas of the practice.
"With 15 solicitors and partners, our employment team is now one of the largest in Leeds, as is our personal injury practice which has retained its pre-eminent position in a number of legal directories for several years. Both are still growing with work coming in from a wide range of local and national clients, including Asda, Zurich, Allianz, and Norwich Union."
Nationally, Beachcroft recently announced overall profit of £29.7 million - up by more than 20% on last year. The Leeds office made a significant contribution to this success, achieving turnover of £14.4 million.
