The mechanical and electrical installation work on the new build, which will be used as a call centre, is expected to start in August and will be due for completion in February 2008. EIC is working alongside Pettifer Construction on this project.
Electrical installation work will include the lighting scheme, underfloor power distribution, stand-by generation, UPS back-up, fire alarms, external lighting scheme and data. The mechanical installation work comprises of heating and cooling via a VRF system; tempered air including heat recovery from roof mounted air handling units, domestic hot and cold water services and localised mechanical ventilation.
